Blake nodded with a small smile. She took Gwen's hand, and slowly shook it. She quickly took her hand back and looked at Ryan. "Okay, that's twice you've fallen." she teased, knowing it would annoy him. "Seriously, Ryan, you've really gotta learn to keep your balance. It is like dancing, but you're not flat foot; you've got wheels under you." she added, sighing.

Ryan shook his head, "No, it's no trouble at all...I don't eat that much anyway so, it will be perfect." They always gave out huge amounts of fries so it would be perfect to share. Ryan heard what Blake had said and nodded his head, "I guess balancing on wheels is different then balancing on dance shoes." he shrugged. He was stating the obvious but, that's Ryan for ya.
"Shall we?" he held out his arm for Gwen to take so he could lead her back to their table...also because he needed something to help balance him on their way back.

Gwen smiled at his answer. She wasn't quite posetive he was joking but she smiled anyways, I mean, the kid was skinny. "You dance?" She asked, curios by nature. She was always curios and always would be. Which was good and bad. Good because if you didn't ask you wouldn't find out and bad because curiosity killed the cat! Which was another thing Gwen was curios about...what the heck did that mean?
"OH!" Her smile broke into a grin and Gwen happily took his arm, skating to their table. She sat next to Blake and across from Ryan. "I heard these are good, I'm excited." She took a fry and bit into it.

He was happy they had gotten back to the table without falling. He took a seat across from the two girls. Ryan grinned and nodded, "They're fabulous, the best in town." He also took a fri, "Enjoy!"
He remembered (hah, Ryan remembered something) her question earlier, after he ate a fri which was perfect, "Oh, and to answer you, yeah me and my sister have been taking dance for what seems like forever." He ate another fri, "I'm training to be an actor."

"Yummy!" She squeeled happily, taking another and eating it slowly. Gwen's eyes widenned when he answered her question. "Ohmigosh, that is so cool! You wanna be an actor? I wanna see you act! Do something!!" She said, anxious to see him perform.

"Right now? Um, ok." He smiled slightly, Sharpay always said to take any opportunity to show off your talent and to shine in the spotlight. He was always happy to perform, he never got stage fright...except now, he felt pretty nervous. What?! He was confused by this feeling. Why was he nervous?
He tilted his head to one side then to the other, cracking his neck to relax. (it isn't loud cracking...ew) He sighed and closed his eyes getting into character...which would be Romeo from, "Romeo and Juliet."
He opened his eyes and began his Shakespearian monologue, "But, soft! What light through yonder window breaks?" he gestured with his hand and stood. "It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon, Who is already sick and pale with grief, That thou her maid art far more fair than she: Be not her maid, since she is envious; Her vestal livery is but sick and green And none but fools do wear it; cast it off. It is my lady, O, it is my love! O, that she knew she were!" he spoke each line with passion and gusto. The people around them were starting to stare.
"She speaks yet she says nothing: what of that? Her eye discourses; I will answer it. I am too bold, 'tis not to me she speaks: Two of the fairest stars in all the heaven, Having some business, do entreat her eyes To twinkle in their spheres till they return. What if her eyes were there, they in her head? The brightness of her cheek would shame those stars, As daylight doth a lamp; her eyes in heaven Would through the airy region stream so bright That birds would sing and think it were not night." he then brought Gwen into it by looking at her as if she were Juliet, "See, how she leans her cheek upon her hand! O, that I were a glove upon that hand, That I might touch that cheek!" He paused holding eye contact with her, then felt his cheeks turning red again, he looked down and grinned looking back up, "Scene." Other people in the food area stood up and started clapping, Ryan took a slight bow for his public before sitting down. "How was that?" he asked.

Blake sighed, really having no interest in Ryan at the moment. He was only doing his Shakespear routine to impress Gwen, and she hated it. It was only supposed to be Ryan and her, but now that Gwen was in the picture, she knew she would be ignored.

She sat back in her chair, crossing her leg and munching on a fry. Throughout the monologue she was drawn in, as if she really were watching Romeo Ryan talk about his lady love Juliet. It was so romantic that when he looked at her she almost fell off of her chair. Her cheeks burned. Then it was over.
"Yaay!" Gwen applauded along with them, begening to feel like herself again. "Bravo-bravo!" Here the blonde stood, a standing ovation. When the aplause died down and conversations began to start back up Gwen was still gushing about his performance. "Ryan that was really good, like really /really/ good!" Gwen turned and looked at Blake. "Don't you think that was good?"

Blake crossed her arms over her chest. She ignored Gwen by eating her fries. "Well, while you two girls keep talking of Ryan's performance, I'll be making my own." She replied, standing up, and skating out into the rink.
She skated around, doing three-sixties and many more tricks. She hadn't fallen yet, and didn't plan on it. The more she skated around, the more people watched her. She looked as if she were a pro, and didn't have any intention of paying attention to the many people watching her.

"Thank you." He grinned when Gwen gave him the complement. Then he waited to see if his cousin liked it...but, she just walked off. Ryan didn't understand what was wrong with Blake. Didn't she think he was any good? He couldn't believe that she didn't like Shakespeare. He watched her go with a confused look on his face. Ryan was also stumped by what she had said, "Two girls? What two girls?" he asked looking confusingly at Gwen.

"Wait-Blake!!!" She called after her and then pouted, had she done something wrong? "I don't know..." She admitted, answering Ryan's question about the 'two girls' thing. Finally she slumped her shoulders and watched Blake skate. "Was it something I said?"

"No..." Ryan blinked, "It must have been me, maybe I embarrassed her with my Shakespearian monologue." He bit his lip. He didn't know what was wrong with Blake. She seemed to get upset at the strangest things. (brain freeze!)

"But I would be proud to be dating somone with such talent! Seriously, you're like a star!" She gushed, beaming at him. Blake /should/ be proud of such a skilled boyfriend, and he was so nice too. She found it easy to talk to him and she had /just/ met him! "Have you been in any shows?"

Ryan felt himself turning red again, not about the star comment because he knew he somewhat was, but from the dating one. Then again why had she brought it up? Wait, she didn't think...Ryan looked over at Blake. Hmmm, awkward.
Ryan looked back at Gwen with a disturbed look on his face, "Blake is my cousin." He wanted to clear things up before he told her anymore about himself.

Gwen stared at him a moment, holding her expression as this information computed. "Oh.My.Gosh..." She murmered, feeling the blood rush to her cheeks. How had she been so stupid? They certainly looked alike, Blake was younger than him, and they weren't acting like a couple! Stupid, stupid Gwen! She inwardly kicked herself. "I am SOOOO sorry! I should have noticed the resemblance, I mean, I...ohhhhh...." Gwen burried her face in her hands in emberassment.
