The small girl stood from her bed, before crossing her room and shutting off her alarm clock; it was 4:30 in the morning. She rubbed her eyes before lifting her glasses from her bedside table. She put them on her face before blinking twice and getting an outfit from her dresser. She crossed the hallway and entered the bathroom, returning to her room after showering and dressing. She wore khaki colored pants and a dark green shirt, covered with a light green jacket and a green beret type hat.
The now bespectacled girl found her way down to the kitchen, looking at the clock: 4:40. She got herself some bread and began toasting it, before she crossed into the adjacent room and sat at her piano, pulling out papers from her folder.
She began to play a song, singing quietly along with the notes as the music filled the house.

Harmony was jogging down the side-walk on her early morning jog. She was enjoying the wonderful fresh air, nature, birds, music, sun-rising, WAIT! Music? Where was that coming from?! Harmony stopped and saw a house, she cocked her head to the side, she had forgotten her i-pod that morning so she was sure it was coming from that house.
She decided to see who was playing, just to complement them and because she was curious. Harmony jogged over to the window and peaked in. She saw that quiet drama girl. "Wow, she's good." Harmony muttered.

Kelsi continued to play, her voice drowned out by the notes vibrating from the piano, before stopping her playing after a moment. She could have sworn that she had heard something, but she wasn't certain what it had been. She heard a slight popping noise coming from her kitchen and crossed into it, placing her toast upon a plate. She brushed her hair from her face before walking back into her dining room, the large piano sitting across from her.
She took the papers from her piano, looking at them before removing a pen from her pocket, humming the tune for a moment, before nodding and jotting something down.

Harmony saw the girl go into another room. Hmm, maybe she was through? Aw, but Harm wanted to hear some more! She watched as she reentered the room. 'Oh, good, she's back.' Harmony didn't know if it would be a good idea or not but, she didn't really think things through all that much anyway!
She tapped on the outside of the window to the piano room and waved.

Kelsi looked up from her papers in surprise; she hadn't really expected anyone that day; especially not so early that morning. Her eyes searched the room, wondering where the tapping had even come from, until she saw someone outside of her window; a rather familiar someone. She was Harmony, one of the cheerleaders, right?
She stood, her gaze unwavering from the waaving girl, until she turned and headed towards the door, wrenching it open. She headed over towards Harmony, a rather quizzical look upon her face. "Um....hi?"

"Hey!" Harmony said, she seemed way too perky for so early in the morning. She turned to face her, "So I was jogging and I heard some music, I was totally like, 'Hey, I forgot my ipod so where is it coming from?"
Harmony shrugged, "So then I followed the sound here and I saw you. And I just wanted to tell you, oh my gosh! You are so good!" She paused and cocked her head to the side, "What was that you were playing?"

Kelsi stared at her for a moment, the girl who had happened upon her house so randomly early in the morning. It was barely even light enough for one to see properly. Her eyes darted from side to side, slowly, as if she were looking for someone watching her speak with the quickly talking cheerleader.
She blinked for a moment, trying to figure out what the girl had even asked her. She wasn't used to having people speak so rapidly to her that early in the morning. "It was only a song I wrote." she said, allowing a grin from the other girl's friendliness. Had she honestly said that it was good? "I could show you some more if you like." she said, smiling.
((Honestly, that's the best reaction I could think her having; she seems to open up when people compliment her and such. Also, the word that you seem to be looking for, is she perhaps 'cocking her head to the side'?))

((oh, yeah, that makes sense. ^^))
Harmony gasped, "Oh my gosh," she nodded her head vigorously, "yes!"
She really liked music, she was even in choir once. Now Harmony was into the whole cheerleader thing so she didn't really have time for it. "That would be amazing if you could." Harmony had never talked to Kelsi before, because of her whole association with the drama club and because the girl was so quiet. She seemed really nice though.

Kelsi had grown a rather excited look upon her face as she turned back towards her front door, a look not unlike the one she had had upon her face when she was dubbed 'The Play maker'. She led the taller girl into her house holding open the door for her.
Even with her rather meek and quiet nature, she was entirely enthusiastic about her music; especially when someone else seemed to enjoy it. That was what music was for, entertainment. She headed over to the table and took her folder, pulling out a piece of music. She looked back to the cheerleader, checking that she still was interested in music.

Harmony followed the shy girl into the house. She was happy that she was going to get to hear some of her music. She smiled happily and watched the girl take out a folder of music. "Oh wow, is that all your music?" Kelsi took a piece of music from the folder. "This is so cool."

Kelsi nodded, before stopping and looking at her. "But I have some more in my room..." she claimed. She was growing a bit more used to having people interested in her music. Between 'Twinkle Town' and Gabriella and Troy, she was playing music for people much more often.
She smiled; she was glad that Harmony seemed to enjoy it so much. She placed her hand so lightly upon the keys, playing a two part harmony with two flats; 'B' and 'E'. It didn't have any lyrics yet; it was simple so far.

"Wow, you've got a lot then." Harmony replied, surprised. Man this girl must be very talented! She looked at the music as Kelsi played it. She hummed out the notes afterward, mostly out of the habit of finding her key in choir. She bit her lip, realizing she had hummed, "Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt, just a habit, I guess." This girl was so nice even though she hanged with the drama club...
