Gwen nodded at the koi statement, her mouth open and ready to comment but then he continued to mention that they had 'some horses' as if it were the most normal thing in the world. Gwen let the straw drop from he ropen mouth and she stared at him in awe. She.Loved.Horses. Gwen simply couldn't believe that he had horses...like...they were his. And then he dropped that subject and continued on to his sisters lap dog. "Wait wait wait...You have horses?" She asked, leaning her head out over her chest. "Like, like, a..like, a..neigh, neigh!" She whinnied, pawing the air with imaginary hooves, a look of disbelief still on her face. "That kind of horse?"
Before she could further reanact what else he could possibly mean by stating that he owned horses the waiter set down the most scentilating dish. It looked good. It smelled good. She hoped it tasted good. Gwen sniffed it again and smiled with excitement. Oh, boy, this night was turning out to be great! [/size]

Ryan watched Gwen as she was in shock with the fact that he owned a few horses. It was just a normal thing for him, like his dad owning golf courses or his mom owning day spas. She did an imitation of a horse and he grinned, chuckling slightly. "Is there another kind?" He nodded his head, "Yeah, I have two." Ryan started to twirl his fork in the pasta set before him, preparing it to take a bite. "Maybe we can go see them on the weekend." he hoped she would like this idea. The two never got to go do this as Ryan was in a fight the day after this date but, it was still open for the future. (had to put that in there since this is a bit behind the plot,)

"Is there another kind?" Gwen tilted her head to the side, staring at him as her dog often stared at her when confused. Her own dog would give her that look often, and when she was young she would copy him. Then they would go into a perpetual circle of head tilting until her dad would show up and stop things. Gwen now had the flexability to touch her head to her shoulders on either direction. She was really thinking about an answer....there were other kinds of horses, weren't there? Like, when you were sick! She was about to say so when he mentioned going to see them and all other thoughts vanished.
"YES!" She shouted, jumping in her seat and hitting the table with her thighs. The table shook and all other guests looked over at the young couple. Gwen had covered her mouth with her hand and looked around with surprise. Oops. Sometimes she just shouted out of excitement, she hadn't meant to be so loud. "I would love that..." She whispered, looking at the table and giving a small, demur smil, perhaps to make up for her mass amount of enthusiasm.

Ryan was still getting used to Gwen. She was very bubbly and happy and; as he was learning; easily excitable. He jumped as she hit the table. He hadn't been expecting that. Ryan looked around the place with a smirk on his face. She liked horses, obviously. He looked back at her and raised his eyebrows. He grinned and laughed, "It's fine. Then it's a date." He didn't even realize the words that had escaped him until they had flown the coup. He suddenly felt weird and nervous, Ryan still hadn't a clue he had a crush on Gwen. He was blushing now, "I mean, date as in, us hanging out." he smiled, trying to mask his sudden nervousness. He didn't know what it was about Gwen but in all his years of theater nothing had been able to shake him as much as she did. (hehe) He looked back down at his food, "So, how do you like you're food?"
