Troy laughed at Songs first statment. He lsitened to Songs new instructions and nodded as he spoke, "So, what your saying is we're playing basketball..wth no rules?" He asked, a slight smirk apearing on his features. He shrugged, "I never turn down a challenge" he finished, grinning.

'Alright then- game on!'
Song leapt at Troy, but instead of throwing himself directly at him, he fell onto the floor, twisted around his body and kicked the ball out of Troy's hands. He then rolled away and seized the ball. He held it out in front of him.
'Bring it on, Bolton!' he said, a friendly challenge sparking in his eyes.

Troy shrugged, smirking. He saw that Song was going to lunge at him, so quickly took a step back. He laughed, shaking his head when he saw Song hit the floor, but soon regreted it when the ball was kicked out of his hands.
He rasied his eyebrows, wondering how in the world Song came up with this sort of game, but soon shrugged it off when Song spoke. "Bring it" he smirked, moving closer to Song, wanting to get the ball back.

Song didn't respond, but merely held out the ball. If Troy was going to get this, then it was going to take more than just moving. No way- he was going to make Troy work. Basketball wasn't the only way to live a game.
'Come on,' he said. 'This game has basically no rules, the opportunities are endless. But you're still playing it like it's ordinary basketball. It doesn't work like that, Troy. I'm right here, and the ball's right here too. How're you gonna get it?'
Troy understood basketball. Maybe if he played this game, he'd be able to understand what he was trying to say as well...

Troy listened to Song speak, smirking lightly as he did so. He pretened to think for a while before running up to Song - when he least expected it. He knocked the ball out of his hands and started running with the ball - no dribbling. What they call travelling, but this is a new game, so Troy was only playing by these so called rules.
He smirked as he stopped at center court, and started spinning the ball on his finger. "Like that apperantly" He grinned.

Song watched as Troy ran with the ball, but then he followed his run. When he looked back at him, spinning his ball on his finger, Song had been running with him, so as soon as he turned around, he lashed out with his foot and kicked it off his finger. The kick sent the ball flying across the side of the court and rebounded off the wall. Song leapt up and kicked it again, and the ball flew to the other side of the court- and went straight through the hoop.
He gave Troy a smile. 'Sometimes... when you're playing a game you don't have much experience in- you've got to try to do something new a lot. Sometimes, you've got to try to break out of your comfort zone.'
'It's like life. At times, you get put into positions where you feel you're in over your head- at moments like this, doing the safe thing might not be enough. You have to try things you don't like if you want to get some movement going.'
He gestured to the ball. 'So, you want to show me something new?'[\b]
