Liz watched as Troy said those rude and hurtful things to Ryan. She couldn't believe this. She wanted to get up and slap her brother. Stand up and say something. Him and Chad were being so mean , she was shocked! Liz pulled down her hood of her sweatshirt and made her presence known. She headed down to the court and tapped Troy on the back. " Your supposed to be my older brother , my role model. The one who tells me whats right from wrong. And since your not being a man and get yourself into really a lot of trouble. I think you should stop being so mean. Seriously Troy?! I really can't believe you and Chad. Its ridiculous!" Liz said while rolling her eyes , angrily. She then turned her head towards Ryan. " I'm so sorry Ryan for this immature boys being so hurtful to you. They were wrong and need to learn a really big lesson. " She said while sending a glare towards Troy and Chad.

Chad's eyes widened when he saw the ball hit Troy right in the head. His head immediately turned toward Ryan, who was facing away from them. This guy was really asking for it. Chad suddenly didn't care that he was in school. The rage building inside of him had reached its limit. He nodded in agreement as Troy started getting angry too. Chad faced Ryan again. "Who do you think you are, huh?"
He paused for a moment when he saw Troy stop. He had heard a faint noise coming from somewhere. When Chad turned around, he saw Liz making her way down the bleachers. How long had she been there? Liz started yelling at Troy and sending glares at them both. Chad scoffed when he heard Liz start apologizing to Ryan. "Don't apologize to him! I'm not sorry for anything that happened!" Chad started walking towards Ryan at a fast pace, fingers still clenched into fists. "I'm only sorry that I didn't teach this guy a lesson earlier!"

He heard Troy yell at him to go back to the theater, and that's what he would do. Then he heard the ball that he threw hit something and a gasp. Ryan stopped and looked up into the bleachers and raised an eyebrow. Odd, where had that come from.
Ryan then turned around as he heard Troy yelling angrily at him and Chad as well. "I was just leaving!" Ryan replied to Chad who questioned him. Bolton was coming toward him now. Wait, what just happened? Ryan was confused, why did they suddenly want to fight with him again. He then saw the basketball rolling on the ground near them...the ball must have hit one of them. Oops.
He then watched Liz come down and confront her brother. She then apologized to Ry for the rudeness of them both. Ryan mostly just stood there as all of this played out. He was going to answer Liz when Chad spoke up instead. Then Chad was coming over to where he stood at a fast pace. Not good. Ryan stood his ground and clenched his hands into fists as well. He really didn't want to fight but, he wasn't going to let his guard down ether. "You guys are crazy! I didn't try to steal anything from you!"

Gwen-Stacy pranced through East Highs halls, making her way to the basketball for some cheer practice. Her sketchers squeaked against the linoleum of the floor, but the noise was masked by the mass of students on their way to classes. Gwen smiled, she had free period. 'Cordelia will be so proud of me..' She thought happily, tugging at her new uniforms red skirt and then adjusting the top and brushing off the bright red 'Wildcats' emblem.
The blonde finally arrived at the gym door as the other students drifted into their rooms, and as the final bell died down she could hear shouting of some sort from inside the gym. 'The basketball players must be practicing...' She thought before pushing through the doors. It really didn't matter to her, Gwen didn't get stage-fright. She also didn't get fights, usually, so when she entered, her squeaky new sneakers invading on a rare moment of tense silence, she wasn't sure what was happening. She was glad to see Ryan, though, and she remembered Troy from his big new years party and bowling with him.
"Hey Troy, Ryan!" She grinned brightly, totally oblivious as to what was happening. She was just pleased to see Ryan out and about again after being confined in his house for so long.
The cheerleader happily made her way to the group, standing nearest Ryan. Her brown eyes shifted between the boys and suddenly she got that stomach dropping feeling one gets on a roller coaster. Her smile dropped and she looked between them almost cartoonishly. "What's...going on?" She asked.

Liz sighed and glared at Chad. " Chad stop it!" She saw him go over toward's Ryan , fingers clenched into a fist. Oh no , not this again! She ran over there and stood in the middle so in any body got hit , it would be Liz. She didn't want Chad and Troy to get into any trouble. This was the last thing that they needed. Poor Ryan. I feel so horrible for him , dealing with these guys. She looked over towards Ryan and saw his hand's clenched into fights as well. Oh dear god.
Then a girl walked into the room , Liz didn't really know her. But she obviously knew Troy , Chad and Ryan. She was completely oblivious and asked what was going on. Liz then thought back to New Year's Eve and she remembered the girl as Gwen Stacy. " Hi ya Gwen! Were all just hanging around right boys?" Liz said while going over to her brother and Chad slinging her arm around their necks.

Troy sent another glare at Ryan before turning around when he felt someone tap his shoulder. He raised an eyebrow when he saw Liz standing before him. "Liz, what are you doing here?" he asked, taking a step back when she started yelling at him. "Geez, calm down Liz. This has nothing to do with you" he said, shaking his head slightly.
He turned to Chad and nodded, watching him appraoch Ryan . "Good, leave then" he called out to Ryan. "Didnt steal anything?" Troy scoffed, "That explains why your on our court" he said with a roll of his eyes.
He then raised an eyebrow when he heard shoes squeaking on the gym floor, turning to where the noice was coming from. He saw a girl he remembered from his new years party, and from bowling. He sent her a small smile before answering her question. "Just teaching Evans' here a lesson" he shrugged.
He soon saw his sister get between Ryan and Chad, shaking his head at her antics. He let out a sigh when she came up to both him and Chad, slinging her arms around their necks. "Oh yeah, we're hanging out alright.." he said, shooting another glare towards Ryan.
((woah, that was looooong xD))

He was sure Chad was going to try and hit him but this time Ryan believed himself to be ready. Then Liz interfered and stepped in front of Chad stopping him from coming any further. This somewhat annoyed Ryan as he was a little tired of always having girls stand up for him but, he was also grateful to not have his face punched again.
"I meant your girlfriends! Where this whole thing started," he looked at Troy, remembering the way he broke his sister's heart, "well, partly."
Just then he turned as the others did when they heard the sound of someone else on the court. "Gwen?" his heart beat a bit faster as he realized it was her. Ryan was always happy to see Gwen. He smiled completely forgetting what was happening for a moment. He was drawn back in as she asked what was happening. Oh...what the heck could they say? Troy answered and Ryan turned to look at him, Liz and Chad. Liz then went on to explain that they were just hanging out. Troy shot a glare at Ryan and he shot one back, "yeah...I was just leaving though."
He turned back to Gwen and his tense demeanor faded. She had no clue she had just helped to stop a fight. "So, what are you doing here?" He didn't know she was a cheerleader yet and obviously hadn't taken in what she was wearing.

Gwen smiled when Liz hung her arms around Chad and Troy, suddenly remembering her from New Years. The cheerleader liked her respons and the commrodery of her actions but seeing the boys faces something seemed off...but what else could they be doing? And why would they lie to her? "Oh." Was all she managed, feeling relieved that it wasn't anything more. Yet, soon her calmed demeanor changed to concern and she felt like that rollercoaster in her stomach had just taken another dip. Gwen furrowed her brow at Troy and muttered, "oh..?" in a more dubios tone. She looked at Ryan curiosly, taking in how his smile had changed to a quick glare; something she hadn't expected to ever see on Ryan. Gwen looked between the two again, even more confused then ever.
"I'm, um..." With one last glance at the others she turned back to Ryan and tried to focus on replying and not on figuring out what she had missed. She had learned that life was much simpler that way. (She missed a lot.) "I was practicing some cheer moves!" Gwen smiled, relaxing and doing some 'spirit fingers', or, as Ryan might have known them, 'jazz hands'.

Liz still had her arms around Troy and Chad. She rolled her eyes at her brother and Chad. The way they were all talking. Liz didn't know what to say so she decided to keep her mouth shut. Once Gwen and Ryan leave, She was going to have a talk with her brother and Chad. That's not the way , her role models should act. What has got into them? And where are Taylor and Gabriella when I need them? She watched the boys glare at each other and sighed. Was this feud ever going to end? Liz noticed that Gwen was getting confused and felt bad for the girl who just happened to step in at the wrong place and the wrong time.

Chad was focused as he approached Ryan. His anger kept building until Liz stood in his path. The look on her face made him freeze. The last thing he would ever want to do is hurt Liz by accident. Tentatively, his fingers unclenched and he heaved a sigh. He glanced toward Ryan with piercing eyes. "You got off this time, Evans."
Just then, a female voice broke the tense silence in the gym. The girl looked familiar and Chad soon recognized her as Gwen-Stacy. She was at Troy's party once. Chad turned to her as she walked into the room. He greeted them all cheerfully, but quickly sensed the tension. When Liz wrapped her arms around him and Troy, he rolled his eyes. "Yeah, hanging out." He shot another death glare at Ryan.

Ryan was glad that was over. Chad and Troy wouldn't do anything with Gwen there...well, he hoped. He smiled at Gwen as she did some jazz hands. Then he looked slightly perplexed, "Wait, you're a cheer leader?" He felt his heart despair as he learned the news. He couldn't be friends with a cheer leader! The drama club and the cheer squad had been rivals since...well, since Cordelia and his sister had met. Great, this was yet another reason for his sister to not like Gwen. 'But, how can I not be friends with her? She's fun, talented, likable, funny and pretty. Pretty? Where did that come from? Well, she is pretty.' Ryan had a conversation in his head before saying anything more.
He smiled nervously, "I never would have guessed." he shrugged, "I suppose I learned something new about the mysterious Gwen Stacy." his smile gained confidence with this comment, nervousness not as apparent. For he was an actor. He then asked, "Is cheer practice being moved inside because of the rain?" If this was so, it looked like the boy's court was going to be taken from them after all...by a bunch of girls.

Chad didn't peel his eyes away from Ryan as he chatted casually with Gwen Stacy. His fists were clenched again and he began to regret not starting anything after all, whether or not they were on school grounds. But Liz still had her arms around his neck and Troy's, and she was stronger than she looked. There was no way she was letting Chad or Troy start anything. Ryan continued to talk and smile along with this girl. He was acting rather... flirtatious. Maybe this Gwen Stacy girl is the key to getting back at Ryan Evans once and for all...
"Cheer practice?!" Chad exclaimed, breaking free of Liz's arm. "You're kicking us out for cheer practice?"

Gwen nodded, smiling happily, the past tension totally forgotten. She grew up cheering at her other schools and her mom had been a cheerleader when she was a kid, so in a way it was in her blood. It was what she was good at, and she loved it. Gwen pulled at her uniform's shirt, to better show the Wildcat emblem, shifting her weight from one leg to another. It was like her happiness wasn't content to just show on her face but had to dance through her body too.
"The mysterious Gwen-Stacy would appreciate it if you kept it on the DL." Gwen teased with a wink. "Since it's such a big secret." She whispered, sneaking a glance at the uniform again in an almost cartoonish wide-eyed expression. She couldn't help but laugh and threw up her hands in a 'just kidding' kind of way. When her giggles ended she shrugged her shoulders and replied, "I just started so I wanted to practice and see how rusty I am."
"Cheer practice?!"
The blonde turned her attention to Chad, looking at him with apparent surprise. She had gone off in her little Ryan bubble, oblivious that others were there. She soon came back to the world around her and gave him an apologetic look. "If it's really raining outside they may be shortly...we can share the gym, though, I'm sure!"

Liz still hung onto Chad and Troy tightly. They weren't starting any fights on her watch. School grounds or anywhere. They were smarter than that. Boys , and their fighting. Ridiculous! She watched Ryan and Gwen Stacy flirt , aweing in her head. They would be a cute couple , she thought. Liz felt herself being broken free of by Chad and she hoped he wasn't starting anything with Ryan. His fists were clenched again. She heard Gwen's words. Uh oh , gym being invaded by cheerleaders. Not happy Troy and Chad. " I'm sure we can." She said sending Gwen Stacy a smile.

Ryan felt himself blush as she playfully answered him. He was slightly confused why he would kept her being a cheerleader a secret till she let him know that she was kidding. He smiled and laughed with her. She wanted to practice before the others got there. He understood, Ryan and Sharpay practiced dance routines weekly if not daily, always making up new ones. It was comical that Gwen was somewhat of a klutz yet she was a cheerleader. Just then Chad spoke up again. He turned to look at the jock as Gwen did.
Ryan didn't say a word. He just stood by Gwen and kept an eye on Chad. There were probably a lot of things he could have said but, he kept his mouth shut. Not wanting to start another fight. He turned back to Gwen, he contemplated leaving but, he didn't want to leave her alone with the jocks. He knew Liz would probably intervene but he thought it would be best if he just stayed. "Do you think I could see a few of your moves, just until they get here?" He would have to hightail it out of there when cheer squad got there or he would have a bunch of cheerleaders teasing the drama dork and a very confused Gwen-Stacy.
